Delivery
UK & Ireland Standard Tracked Delivery - FREE on orders over £100. £3.95 on orders below £100. Delivery takes 2-4 days from date of dispatch. Order by 3pm on a working weekday and we will aim to dispatch the same day.
We also offer a Next Working Day service in the UK at £6.95.
International Delivery - FREE on orders over £150. Flat charge on orders below £150 - more information.
Returns
Whilst we hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Jo Severin. We offer free UK returns on all orders over £100.
You can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs).
Royal Mail tracked return option within the UK for your convenience.
